Once I graduate from college, I want to get into adverstising/marketing, the more creative side of them both. I hope to become an art director, they are in charge of the creative side of ads. Right now I am a marketing major with a minor in art. But I am wondering should I major in art with an emphasis in graphic design and minor in marketing instead? 10 pts for best answer! And any help would be be great!!!If you want to be on the creative side of things then I would major in advertising, because in most colleges you can do a concentration in creative advertising. This program includes graphic design and art courses as well. Most art directors have majored in advertising to begin with, so I think that that would probably be the best route.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
