I have searched google throughly and cannot find a good website that
rates the bottled water companies. I found a book on amazon but I
mean a website that has the information on the quality of each bottle
water company in comparision with each other. Quality as compared to
tap water, nutrients, etc.Hi,
I don't know if this will be of help, but the "Advocate" newspaper in
Fairfield County, CT published an investigative, name-naming article
this past summer. Also, if you want to purchase bottle water, my
sister lives near the Stockbridge-Randolf VT spring, who really use
the spring water off of the Green Mountains. They supply store brands
and others, so if you see stockbridge or Randolf on the label, that's

If the reason for your question is related to improving your health,
I would strongly suggest you to buy a water distiller at Sears, use it
with one of the advanced PUR pitchers(along with/instead of the provided
marginal carbon filter). There has been too much of negative opinions
on distilled water, but it mainly corresponds to either de-ionized (or)
reverse osmosis water and not really steam distilled water. The issue of
dissolved carbon-di-oxide(leading to carbonic acid) is also overstated.
I am sure you could not get much better water than this. You might want
to get an additional serving carafe for storage, and a small bottle of
the distiller cleaner. Distilled water from store may not be of same quality
since, you do not know about the maintenance of the equipment, and the
contaminants being added during transporation/storage.
